About the Yoga Retreat:
Anayra Calderon and Masumi Goldman are teaming up to offer a three-night Fire and Ice themed yoga retreat. In this program, you will build heat with traditional yang yoga practices of Hatha yoga and then balance the body by cooling it with slower-paced, expansive postures of yin yoga. The yoga classes will be tailored to the needs of the students, and all levels of practitioners are encouraged to attend. The retreat also includes an unforgettable Yoga with Horses program, led by SMR staff. Activities include horseback riding, practicing yoga postures on the horses (bareback), and an early morning trail run alongside the horses. Reconnect with nature and your body during this unique yoga retreat.

SERVICES AVAILABLE AND RATES
Reiki $45. Per 30 minutes
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
Reflexology $45. Per 30 minutes
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet or hands. Unlike other foot/hand massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet/hands themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet/hands. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Decollete, scalp, neck and face massage $45. Per 30 minutes
This massage relaxes muscles around the neck, face and head. It removes stiffness and tension especially in the neck area, which tend to cause migraines. It relaxes your shoulders and improves the mobility of the cervical vertebrae. A neck massage improves the lymphatic drainage pathways to eliminate waste substances from the body. Facial massage stimulates blood circulation in the skin and improves the skin regeneration and slows ageing.
30 Minute Massage - $45.00 Customize your massage using my 16 years of experience and a tool box filled with many different modalities. Take me to your sore spots or just your favorites.
