This yoga holiday takes place on the beautiful Maldivian island of Maahlos in the UNESCO world biosphere of Baa Atoll, the site is representative of the Maldives’ high diversity of reef animals, with stony and soft corals, reef associated fish species, marine turtles, manta rays and whale sharks.
At this location we have the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation, yoga practice and beach naps. You will practice on the beach, swim in a natural pool alongside turtles, watch dolphins dance to the setting sun, and make lifelong friendships. Explore the house reef during your free time, or finally read that book under a palm tree next to warm turquoise waters. Your retreats will offer you the opportunity to take control over your health and well-being while being fully immersed in nature with like minded individuals.

Jessica is an energetic Montclair State University alumna. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. As a former collegiate athlete on the MSU Swim team, Jessica knows the dedication, determination and commitment involved to achieve long term fitness goals. She loves to motivate her clients to build a better version of themselves through fitness. Her positive outlook on life helps her clients grow in the gym as well as in their daily lives. She believes that exercise is more than a physical change, it is a mind and body connection. She focuses on the strengths and the weaknesses of the mind and body by incorporating running, functional body building, mobility and core strength. She is passionate about helping people rediscover themselves through exercise and if she can be an inspiration throughout their journey she feels she has succeeded.
